How can you refer a candidate?

View our vacancies to see for which positions we are recruiting new colleagues. Motivate friends, acquaintances or family about working at Action. Are they interested? Let them apply for the specific vacancy via our website and pass on their names to your manager or via this ServiceNow form (for office employees). This way we know that this person has been referred by you. Are they hired? Then your manager or the recruiter (for office employees) will request the bonus for you and after three months you will receive your bonus as a thank you for your help.

Which bonus can you earn?

Based on the number of employees to be recruited and the scarcity in the labor market, a classification has been made of the different positions in the categories.

  • If you recruit a new colleague for the store (e.g., store employee) or distribution center you will receive a gross bonus of € 150.
  • If you recruit a new colleague for a position as store manager (e.g., regional manager), distribution center management (e.g., teamleader), the country office or the international head office, you will receive a gross bonus of € 750.

Conditions

What conditions do you have to meet to be eligible for the bonus?

  • It must be a vacancy for a permanent role (not a temporary position).
  • Everyone who works within Action (excluding freelancers and external parties) can participate, from intern to management.
  • The bonus scheme does not apply to managers who are hiring someone for their own team, HR Business Partners who refer within their own domain and the Recruitment Team.
  • Before the first interview takes place, it must be clear that the candidate was referred by you. If this is mentioned at a later stage of the procedure, you are excluded from participation.
  • The person you refer has not applied in any other way at Action in the past month and has not worked within Action in the past 2 years (not through an Action contract, but also not within projects or temporary work).
  • You as a contributor must still be employed by Action at the time of submission and payment of the bonus.
  • You can refer an unlimited number of candidates, unless you are excluded from participation for a specific reason.
  • The bonus must be requested by your manager or recruiter within 1 month after the start date of the new colleague via ServiceNow.
  • The bonus is paid after the new colleague has been working at Action for 3 months (calculated from the start date).
