CRM Marketer
(Fulltime / Parttime, 32-38 hours per week)
As a CRM Specialist, you play a key role in driving growth and engagement among our My Action users through our own channels, such as push notifications and newsletters. An exciting challenge where you'll focus on creating and optimizing the right segments and automated journeys based on A/B testing, data analysis, and UX insights. The exciting part? You'll be doing this for all the countries where Action operates, contributing to the further development of our engagement strategy. Your ultimate goal? Ensuring that our customers feel valued and keep coming back to us.
This is your daily action
As a CRM Specialist, you report to the CRM Lead and manage campaigns based on established KPIs, closely monitoring their performance and developments. You collaborate with teams such as Customer Insights, Loyalty, CX, Digital Marketing, Brand, and Product. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, developing insights and sharing them with colleagues, and optimizing the customer journey through marketing automation. You enjoy working on (new) segmentations and testing across various channels, such as push notifications and email. All of this is aimed at driving customers to visit our Action stores more frequently through your campaigns.
As a member of the CRM team, you actively contribute to the roadmap, brainstorm about new journeys, segmentations, and content, and coordinate with our agency to set up campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
You leverage your existing knowledge of marketing automation to enhance and automate customer journeys, increasing customer engagement. Additionally, you contribute ideas for making our marketing automation platform and CDP more efficient, propose improvements for database quality and structure, and provide a strong vision for campaign setup and execution.
