You will lead the HR BizTech stream within the Technology & IT organization. You will be responsible for the HR Tech development. You’ll overall responsibility for determining and realizing the budget of the department. You are also responsible for the delivery (design, development, implementation and management/maintenance) of all HR Tech services.
Furthermore:
- Builds and maintains a strong business relationship with the business unit.
- Managing key strategic tech partners & vendors; responsible for the development and implementation of outsourcing processes and contract management processes.
- Ensures the design, selection, development, implementation and maintenance of HR business application systems are successfully integrated and operated.
- Coordinates the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
- Manages and motivates subordinate staff of IT professionals
- Ensures that activities are conducted in accordance with organizational rules, processes and standards.
- The Head of Business Technology HR is part of the Management Team of Technology and reports to the Director Technology.

This is you
As a Head of Business Technology HR, you are an experienced HR tech specialist (pref SAP) and you have proven modern Tech Leadership skills. You have a service-oriented, proactive and no-nonsense attitude and you are able to communicate and cooperate substantively at various (international) levels within the organization. You also have a clear HR Tech vision and know how to implement it. A positive and proactive attitude towards change and innovation is essential in this. Our formula with a surprisingly complete assortment and competitive prices also requires an entrepreneurial, critical and pragmatic attitude with high cost awareness.
Furthermore:
- Relevant Master or University degree
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology management or similar roles.
- Up to date knowledge of HR Technology innovations
- ITIL Foundation, Prince II foundation, Agile/Safe foundation.
- Successfully managed outsourcing contracts for at least 5 years (with an annual value of at least 10m EUR)
- Retail- and logistics experience at executive management level preferred
- Knowledge SAP SuccessFactors en UKG is preferred
