Learning & Development Specialist
(Fulltime, 38 hours per week)
Do you have a passion for retail and the drive to shape the growth of thousands of employees across Europe? Are you a proactive, experienced professional ready to take ownership and make a real impact in a fast-moving, international environment? Then this could be your next step at Action!
This is your daily Action
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you play a strategic role in shaping and rolling out both online and offline training initiatives that empower our retail teams across multiple countries. You don’t just manage programs, you own them. From concept to execution, you ensure every learning journey meets the high standards our business demands.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders, translating business needs into effective, scalable learning solutions. You’ll confidently lead projects in areas such as learning approach development, functional training, and train-the-trainer programs. You know how to bring clarity to complexity, build alignment across teams, and keep things moving fast.
In this role you won’t be afraid to step in with confidence whenever needed. That means being a go-getter who thrives on autonomy, can switch gears quickly, and doesn’t hesitate to take initiative when challenges arise.
You’ll collaborate closely with suppliers and key stakeholders to deliver impactful training content. Your ability to drive results, maintain structure, and communicate with influence is key to success in this role.

In our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, you’ll have the chance to make a difference on a truly international scale.
This is you
You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing settings where no two days are the same. You have a natural sense of ownership and love making things happen, quickly and effectively. Whether it’s managing stakeholders, defining learning strategies, or driving projects forward, you bring clarity, structure, and energy to everything you do.
You also bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a retail or similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead Learning & Development programs independently
- Solid project management experience
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
