As our Payroll & HR Admin Performance Delivery & Analytics Specialist, you'll lead the strategic optimisation of HR services across payroll and HR administration by harnessing advanced analytics tools. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Analytics & Reporting – Utilising ServiceNow Performance Analytics Pro, you will develop dashboards and comprehensive reports, identifying key trends and improvement areas to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Data Quality Assurance – Ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR analytics data through rigorous quality checks and governance measures.
  • International KPI Repository Management – Establishing and maintaining an international KPI repository, standardising KPI definitions, and ensuring data accuracy and availability for performance monitoring.
  • SLA & KPI Compliance – Monitoring service agreements with external vendors like SD Worx and PwC, analysing performance data, and recommending corrective actions to bridge performance gaps.
  • Service Delivery Improvement – Identifying and implementing innovative practices and solutions to optimise external vendor services.
  • Review Meeting Oversight – Streamlining standards for performance review meetings, ensuring consistency, transparency, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Working closely with business stakeholders and local expert teams to align analytics-driven performance management with organisational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement – Regularly exploring enhancements in analytics methodologies, tools, and processes, staying abreast of industry trends, and driving ongoing innovation.
     

Meet Your Team


You’ll become an essential part of Action’s International HR Administration team, driving performance analytics and supporting our dynamic HR Services across multiple European countries. Your insights and analytics expertise will help ensure excellence in payroll and administrative functions for thousands of Action colleagues.


You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • HR Administration Manager
  • Head of International HR Services
  • External payroll and service vendors (e.g., SD Worx, PwC)
  • Cross-functional stakeholders across the Action business
     

This is You


You’re a data-driven problem solver who thrives on improving processes and delivering measurable results. Your analytical expertise, coupled with a strategic mindset, ensures you continuously enhance HR performance and service quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, or process optimisation, preferably within international retail.
  • Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics Pro and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in KPI development and performance reporting.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly across various organisational levels.
  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
