Your team, Financial Projects & Processes, ensures that Action’s finance function is supported by modern systems and a coherent financial process framework. As Project Manager Finance, you will deliver challenging, high impact projects enabling Finance to support Action’s growth ambition. 

In this role, it is very important to maintain close contact with the stakeholders involved, such as managers within the finance discipline involved in your projects as senior user, project executive or other roles, financial process experts and colleagues within Technology. 

In addition:

  • You define – together with stakeholders –the project goal, scope and requirements; 
  • You create a project plan and organize project governance; 
  • You manage delivery of agreed products within the agreed timeline and budget and at the agreed quality level; 
  • You report on project progress, risks, issues and mitigating actions; 
  • You deliver project documentation and ensure that Finance procedures, work instructions and process documentation are updated to reflect the project’s impact.

The Financial Projects and Processes team consists of 15 enthusiastic and committed team members, some with an international background, and forms part of Financial Services.
Financial Services handles the entire administration of our international organisation and employs around 100 different specialists. This is you


As a Project Manager Finance, you are used to working in a structured way, leading a team of colleagues to achieve ambitious targets under time pressure. In addition:

  • You are educated at Bachelor or master’s degree level; 
  • Your have at least 7 years of relevant work experience and have a track record of successful project delivery, in the finance discipline and in a SAP environment; 
  • You have extensive knowledge of project management, obtained a Prince 2 practitioner certification and you are familiar with Agile/Scrum and process improvement approaches; 
  • Moreover, you are knowledgeable regarding financial processes; experience with e-invoicing implementations is considered a plus;
  • You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
