As the Team Lead HR Services, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, leading a team of approximately 20 dedicated professionals who ensure seamless HR services for our colleagues across 12 countries. This includes;
- Optimising HR Operations – You’ll anticipate Action’s rapid growth and introduce best practices that keep our HR services running like clockwork.
- People & Team Development – Your team’s growth is your priority! You’ll focus on resource planning, training, and fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.
- Process Ownership & Improvement – From streamlining administrative processes to building HR structures from scratch in new markets, you’ll drive efficiency and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management – As the go-to contact for HR Services across all countries and HQ, you’ll collaborate with experts and leaders to ensure smooth communication and operations.

This is You
You're not just a manager, you’re a leader. You know how to motivate a diverse team, drive results, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced, international environment. You embrace challenges with a proactive mindset and thrive on making things better every day.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in an international setting.
- Proven track record in leading teams within a shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital HR processes (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus!).
- A hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
